Easter pictures.

Easter was on General Conference weekend so they wore their easter clothes the next Sunday.

All the kids were color coordinated as you can see. Levi looks so cute in his new church clothes! I wasn't suppose to be in this picture. I just wanted the kids, but Macie wouldn't let me leave her.

Sydney performed Beautiful Savior in church with her Sis. Hill and she sang a verse too. These pictures were taken before Sacrament started.

a fun date

I surprised Jeff and took him on a segway tour of Oldtown Scottsdale.
This was our first time on seaways and our first time in Oldtown Scottsdale
Riding the segways were really fun. I had been so curious how this rode and it took us all of 3 seconds to get use to it. It is really easy; you lean forward to go and lean back to stop.
The tour was about 1.5 hours and we learned fun facts about the old town including some art, the old school, the famous ice cream parlor featured in some "Circus Family" comic strips and other stuff.

We stopped at one point and got a little snack from a chocolatier. Half way through, Jeff's enthusiasm wasn't nearly as it was at the beginning and come to find out he was feeling a little motion sickness.

easter and general conference

Easter was no different than before. Reading about the events leading to Christ's resurrection. Washing one another's feet and serving each other just like Jesus did.

 We made Easter eggs

Macie was in a good mood and loved playing with the eggs. So I took advantage and snapped lots of pictures.

For general conference we put up a tent and told the story of King Benjamin and the people setting up their tents to listen to the prophet. They loved sitting in the tents working on their packets.

Easter dinner we had ham, rolls, corn, and hard boiled eggs.

cousins visit

The last weekend in March the Shaw's came to visit. Aunt Shannon and Uncle Jun came Friday night with the boys. We same a lot, had a bonfire, and visited the Gilbert Temple. Saturday their family went to an Angel's game.

They all had a fun time together playing and watching a movie. Of course we took them to Bahama Buck's for a treat. Their time here was super quick and they went home Sunday.

More march madness

Mom came to visit us. As soon as her plane landed we took her and the family to this man's NEW home in Gilbert. His name is Cory. He was deployed 10 times and was hit with a roadside bomb that hit him leaving him in a wheelchair. For our 1 year anniversary with BB we donated proceeds to welcoming home deployed military men and women from Gilbert. They invited us to an open house of Cory. It was great to hear his story of bravery, selflessness, strength, and will power. He has a awesome house for his needs and we were privileged to meet him. An hour after we left, President Obama visited his home as well. Months earlier Cory was recognized at the State of the Union.
We emptied our pool and the kids played in it until I took this picture and saw Levi climbing up the rock wall. That would have been broken bones had he fallen!! YIKES! After this they were banned from playing in the pool. Our kids are climbers!!

While Gammie was here we took a trip to the pottery store and all of us painted something here.
Unfortunately we only had Gammie for a few days before she had to visit her sister, Aunt Cissi.

Macie turns 2

I mean, I really don't think they come this much cuter!
She's been starting to pose and she comes up with some crazy and crazy, funny expressions too. In that way, she reminds me a lot of Jordyn.

She got her own cupcake to devour.

 She wouldn't use her hands.

She like getting sung to and she loved the presents she got. A new baby doll she takes care of that cries (which is really annoying, especially the 50th time you hear it).

Uncle Ryan and Aunt Alisen also got her a Farm lego set that gets played with everyday.

Mac still takes a daily nap. She loves to sleep with her special blanket. She's doesn't like having a dirty diaper and so she's gone pee in the toilet a few times but that is it. She is talking a lot more. It seems like all of the sudden, she's switched from wanting Jeff all the time to wanting me again. She's a happy girl, likes to sing, play on jeff's phone looking at our pictures and videos, and playing in her sister's room.
